Due Diligence

We conduct pre-due diligence on projects and VC's in order to maintain a platform standard and reduce the risks for either side. Our internal Due diligence process allows us to carefully investigate a potential investment opportunity or a business partner and to assess their suitability and potential shortcomings. This includes analyzing financial information, reviewing legal documents, and conducting background checks on teams and people involved. By conducting due diligence, we are able to ensure that the projects and investors we present to our clients are viable and reliable.

Another benefit of having an internal due diligence process is that projects and investors gain time to market and lose less time conducting their research. It is important to understand however, that our internal process is not replacing
